Usage:

Bison Wash Primer offers outstanding adhesion to galvanized iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous substrates where conventional primers fail to adhere effectively. It provides reliable corrosion resistance, ensures strong inter-coat adhesion for subsequent finishes, and forms a durable protective base layer. The product delivers a matt finish in pale green shade, with a recommended dry film thickness of 8–12 µm per coat and a theoretical spreading rate of 10–12 m²/litre depending on surface preparation and application method. It dries to touch in 30 minutes, hard dry in 6–8 hours, and can be recoated after a minimum of 6 hours.

Applications:

Ideally recommended as a primer for galvanized sheets, aluminum surfaces, non-ferrous metals, and other difficult substrates in industrial, coastal, and marine environments. Provides an effective base for epoxy, polyurethane, and other compatible topcoats in protective and decorative coating systems.
