Usage:
Sigmark Airfield WBR Road Marking Paint is specially formulated for application on concrete and bituminous concrete surfaces including airfield skiplines, runways, taxiways, aprons, and other internal or external marking requirements. It is applied as a high solids acrylic emulsion, with the option of drop-on glass beads (250 g/m²) for enhanced retro-reflectivity and visibility. The coating achieves a recommended dry film thickness of 180–240 µm per coat (unbeaded), corresponding to a wet film thickness of 300–400 µm. With volume solids of 60 ± 2%, it provides a spreading rate of 2.5–3.0 m²/kg depending on surface porosity. It dries to surface within 30 minutes at 27°C, and can be overcoated after 30–45 minutes.
Applications:
Ideal for use on runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield skiplines, and all internal/external airfield marking requirements. Available in white, black, and yellow with a smooth matt finish.
