WeatherCoat Kool & Seal is a water based, flexible, water proofing, roof coating use on roof/terrace/ parapet.

It is formulated with 100% Acrylic Elaslomeric Polymers that expand and contract with the substrate and prevent development of hairline cracks over a long period of time. The heat reflecting particles present in Weather Coat Kool & Seal reflects Visible Radiation and infrared rays, thereby reducing heat buildup and keeping the surface cool. Moreover the coating forms a breathable layer, allowing trapped water molecules to easily evaporate.
